What receives a correction
Material errors in a resource's stated purpose, selection instruction, verification status, information boundary, commercial disclosure, canonical link, or legal status receive a dated correction note when the public process is connected.
What receives an update
Routine editorial refinements that do not make earlier text materially misleading receive a revision without being presented as an error record.
Current release process
Until a validated correction form or monitored mailbox is approved, correction requests use the repository issue workflow. No public contact address, response time, or resolution claim is invented for this release.
